| Welcome to the 4th National Minority Serving Research Institutions' Partnership Conference hosted by Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Join us at Dillard University, for the Fourth National Minority Serving Institutions Research Partnership Conference 2008 (MSIRP ’08), where up to 1000 representatives from the gamut of government, academia, and private industry will explore possibilities for expanding collaborative research initiatives and partnerships. The MSIRP ’08 Conference will bring together representatives from Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs, HBCU, HsI, and Tribal Colleges/Universities) as well as major Research Universities to exchange ideas, share best practices, and plan for conducting future research with partners from funding agencies, small businesses, and corporations.
